Victor’s face turned completely pale.
“That’s a lie.”
Adrian pushed the document forward.
“The handwriting analysis is complete.”
Richard picked up the report.
His eyes widened.
“This signature was copied.”
Victor looked around desperately.
“You believe them?”
Nobody answered.
Because the evidence was already speaking.
Lena remembered every time Victor had pressured her.
Every time he told her nobody would believe her.
Every time he convinced her she had nowhere else to go.
Then she finally understood.
He never wanted a wife.
He wanted control.
Victor suddenly grabbed his coat.
“I’m leaving.”
Adrian stepped forward.
“No.”
Victor stopped.
“You don’t get to walk away this time.”
