Chapter 4: The Truth Behind the Perfect Bride

The wedding that was supposed to celebrate love became a public trial.

Guests whispered.

Phones recorded everything.

The woman everyone admired was now exposed.

But Elena wasn't finished.

She pulled out her final weapon.

"You want the truth?"

She smiled.

"Fine."

Everyone became silent.

"I didn't create Daniel's doubts about Sarah."

She looked at Martha.

"She did."

Martha's expression changed.

Daniel turned.

"What?"

Elena laughed.

"Your mother hated Sarah from the beginning."

Martha's face went pale.

"Because Sarah knew too much."

Daniel frowned.

"About what?"

Elena looked directly at him.

"Your father's company."

The room went silent.

Elena revealed that years ago, Daniel's father had secretly transferred ownership of several properties into Sarah's name.

Not because of money.

But because he trusted her.

Sarah knew the truth about the family fortune.

And Martha feared Sarah could expose her financial crimes.

Daniel felt sick.

Everything he believed had been built on lies.

His mother.

His wife.

His entire marriage.

All of it.

Then Daniel's phone rang.

A message appeared.

From Sarah.

"I didn't want to destroy your wedding. I only wanted Leo to have his father back."

Daniel closed his eyes.

Because suddenly he understood.

May you like

The person he abandoned...

was the only person who had never betrayed him.
