Esteban gathered every employee in the mansion.
Rosa stood quietly in the corner.
She expected nothing.
She had learned not to expect kindness from powerful people.
But then Esteban walked toward her.
And lowered his head.

Then he made an offer.
āI want you to stay.ā

āBut not as a maid.ā
āI want you to become the manager of this entire property.ā
The employees gasped.
