The boardroom fell silent the moment Elena entered.

Daniel's eyes widened.

The investors.
The overseas expansion.
The acquisition.
Every success he proudly claimed...
Had begun with Elena.
She never corrected anyone.
She simply let him shine.
Until tonight.
The chairman folded his hands.
"The motion is simple."
He looked around the table.
"Remove Daniel Foster as Chief Executive Officer."
